                        sourdough onion rye bread

     1/2           cup  sourdough starter
  1 1/4           cups  coffee
  2               cups  all-purpose flour
  1                cup  rye flour
  1            package  yeast
  1                     egg
  2          teaspoons  caraway seed
     1/2           cup  sunflower seeds
place sourdough starter 1/4 cup coffee 1/2 cup flour and yeast as well as the egg
mix well and then let stand until frothy
add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth in a stand mixer
move to an oiled bowl and cover let rise until double
beat down and kneed for five minutes
let rise  double again
beat down again divide into 2 loaves place into greased loaf pans and let double once more
preheat oven to 325 place loaves in oven and bake for about 30 min until done
